Alan Pacheco Damas is an M&A Associate – Sales at Pioneer Capital Advisory LLC. He works closely with prospective clients during the discovery process and helps guide them from initial conversations through to deal execution. Alan also plays a key role in client coordination post-term sheet, ensuring closing readiness. He brings a background in high-end real estate and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education). During his studies, he completed an exchange semester at CBS International Business School in Cologne, Germany, focusing on International Business with a concentration in Finance. He brings a polished and client-centric approach to every transaction.
